Last Sunday on polish tracks was very hot. Not just with temperature but with emotions also. In four of five meetings the battle for triumph were till the last heats.
PGE Marma Rzeszów - Stal Gorzów 45:45
Marma even with the full lineups are very weak this season. Same was against Stal Gorzów last Sunday. Away team basicly by three riders managed to get a draw point from Rzeszów. Tomasz Gapinski (10+2), Krzysztof Kasprzak (11 points) and Niels Kristian Iversen (14 points) were yellow blue heroes. In marma team every rider was scoring but it was just enough to get a bonus point in the end.

Second time in a row Bydgoszcz were racing without their leader Greg Hancock. Effect was exactly the same as last time which means another lost for Polonia. This time home team were to weak for Włokniarz Czestochowa. Only Aleksandr Loktajew, Krzysztof Buczkowski and Robert Kosciecha (9 points) tried to stop the Lions. Dospel in the end won by eight points over Bydgoszcz and completed their place in the play offs.
Stelmet Falubaz Zielona Góra - Lechma Start Gniezno 66:24
In the match without any history Falubaz smashed rookies from Gniezno by 42 points win. To Zielona Gora team Jonas Davidsson came back who had a really nice performance against poor team from Gniezno. Unbeaten that day were Piotr Protasiewicz ( paid 12 from four) and Patrick Dudek (12 from four). Start team second time in a row had to race without manager Stefan Andersson who's sick at the moment. Rider of the night for Gniezno was Bjarne Pedersen this time who scored 7 ponits.
Betard Sparta Wrocław - Unibax Toruń 49:41
Sixth lost in this season for Unibax Torun. This time Angels falls in Wroclaw. Betard leader as usual was Tai Woffinden (13 points) but SEC star wasn't a rider of the meeting this time. That titlle surely went to teenager from Torun Pawel Przedpelski who scored 15 from six on his debut on the Wroclaw track!. Poor come back for Ryan Sullivan who collected only one from three. The question is if Ryan can show to the fans a bit of good old speedway before the season will end?
Fogo Unia Leszno - Unia Tarnów 44:46
The most intersting meeting in Poland were in Leszno without any doubt. Before the last race home team were leading by two points over Tarnow squad. But in the heat 15 Janusz Kołodziej and Maciej”Magic”Janowski did the great job in the last one. After tremendous racin' Tarnow pair beat Pawlicki brothers and gave the two points win for the away squad. Leszno situation is very complicated now and they need to look for the points in last two meeting in the regular season of polish extraleague.
