Krzysztof Kasprzak first, Jaroslaw Hampel third and Darcy Ward on the second step of the podium. That is the top third of the second round of Speedway Grand Prix in Bydgoszcz.
Ward came back to World Championships after the injury and at the very beginning he proved that he is still going to fight for the title. His partner from the national team in Speedway Best Pairs Cup, Chris Holder was eliminated in the semi final. The manager of Polish team Marek Cieslak was really happy. Jaroslaw Hampel after not very good beginning finished the tournament on the lowest step of the podium.
Fans of Martin Smolinski was also satisfied again. Although the prohibition of controlling ignition was introduced, German rider systematically gather his points and finally was eighth.
