Dudek with a double in Pardubice!

Patryk Dudek first secured the title of Individual European Champion, and then triumphed in the fourth round of this years TAURON SEC series at the track in Pardubice. The silver medal was taken by Ļebedevs, and the bronze medal by Leon Madsen.

The first series brought surprises with wins by Dmitri Berge and Timo Lahti. Certain victories were also earned by key title contenders - Patryk Dudek and Andžejs Lebedevs.

The second series brought the most excitement in heat five, where a Latvian rider, two Poles - Dudek and Woryna and Vaclav Milik competed. After a very good start, ‘Woryn’ was the best. The tenth heat also provided plenty of emotions, featuring a direct duel between ‘Duzers’ and Leon Madsen, which the Dane ultimately won.

Directly to the final heat qualified the winner of the main phase Timo Lahti and Andžejs Ļebedevs. The remaining two spots in the ‘last chance’ heat were contested by Madsen, Woryna, Woźniak, and Dudek. In the first attempt of that heat, Woźniak fell dangerously exiting the first bend of the second lap. By the referee’s decision, Madsen was excluded from the re-run. Thus, Dudek and Woryna advanced to the decisive race.

In the final, ‘Duzers’ triumphed, taking the lead right from the start. Timo Lahti claimed second place, and Andžejs Lebedevs finished third.
