Named as the „Russian Torpedo”, experienced world-class rider. Got the first taste of the international-level racing in 2006, when his talent was noticed by Andreas Jonsson. Russian, as the first rider in history, became the World Junior Champion twice in a row. In his debut season in Grand Prix, reached the bronze. When everyone thought that 2013 would be Sayfutdinov’s year, during the meeting at Motoarena, a serious injury happened. Emil missed his chances on becoming both world champion and European one.

What couldn’t be done in 2013, he made it happen in 2014. Russian became the European Champion! Everything got clear in Częstochowa, in 18th heat, when Peter Kildemand touched the fence and fell down at the track, while attacking Emil. Dane got excluded from the repeat and Sayfutdinov fell into arms of his team and started the champion’s joy. He dedicated the golden medal to his father, who passed away.

One year later, Sayfutdinov repeated his success and for the second time in a row, wore the golden medal. That made him equal Matej Zagar’s result when it come to amount of the most precious medals.
