Born in 1991 the son of former speedway rider Piotr Pawlicki senior. He got his speedway license in 2008, in Czestochowa. For the first time in league competition he started on July 20th, 2008, on the track in Leszno, in the match against Atlas Wroclaw. In his league debut he scored 11 points starting in five heats. The season ended earlier because of the injury of collarbone.
Despite his young age, he has won many successes. Among themare: European Championship U21, Team Polish Championship U21, Polish Club Pairs Championship U21 , European Pairs Championship, Team World Championship U21, Team European Championship U21 Polish Club Pairs Championship, winning of the Golden and Silver Helmet.
Got the promotion to SEC 2015 at the very last meters. In his last heat in SEC Challenge got through from the third to first position by overtaking Piotr Protasiewicz and Grigorij Laguta and reached the spot, while eliminating Kenneth Bjerre. First three rounds "Shamek" ended in the lower part of the classification, however in Ostrów, got to the final (after winning the race-off heat) and ended 4th. Older of Pawlicki brothers got the promotion to SEC 2016 through the SEC Challenge in Olching (4th place).
