In the final round of Speedway Euro Championship, a local rider of ROW Rybnik - Kacper Woryna, started with the wild card. Junior from Rybnik did pretty good job gathering 6 points.
- I am satisfied with my perfornce, however it could always have been better. Unfortunately, weather had its influence on track's conditions, so in the first phase of the meeting, it was hard to overtake on the distance.
Six points and a race win. Seems like a good result, when we're talking about the wild card and most importantly - a junior rider.
- It's true, I got six points, but failed in my last two heats. It was pretty tough to race tonight, you could see it watching Grigorij Laguta for example. Nevertheless, I am satisfied, I won a heat and performed not that bad in the others. As I said, I do regret these last two starts - Woryna added.
Despite some heavy rain, organizers were able to prepare a surface that let a safe racing.
- Honestly, while I was looking at the things around, I did not believe, we would be able to race tonight. Huge applause for the organizers, who despite some bad conditions, did their job great. In my opinion, SEC round in Rybnik was good to look at for everyone - ended ROW Rybnik's junior, Kacper Woryna.
