Vaclav Milik reached for the silver medal of Individual European Championship after the additional heat. The moment meeting ended, the best Czech rider could not hide his joy.
- I am really happy. It was a really tough meeting. Throughout the whole time you had to be aware and focused, because it was so tight in the overall classification, literally, everyone could defeat each other. I am really happy of hanging this medal on my neck - said Milio after stepping down from the rostrum.
Czech rider is a son of Vaclav Milik senior, a fabolous rider back in the days. After meeting in Rybnik, 'Vacek' shared the good news with him right away. - Right after the meeting, I called my dad and told him everything. He was really happy. Today, he also started, in the old boys meeting and won it, so Saturday was a great day for our entire family.
Milik also shared his feelings on surface's condition during the great final of SEC. - Track was prepared really well. In the first heats, it was quite slippery, however it was all good later on.
Of course, weather did its thing, but I bow my head to organizers that they made it right. It was an amazing meeting! - ended silver medalis of Euro Championship, Vaclav Milik.
