In case You were waiting for announcing this decision, we can say it loud today: SEC 2016 Final Round will take place at Municipal Stadium in Rybnik on September 17!
The last round will be a real festival for riders, fans, and city authorities. The best European riders will visit Rybnik on September 17 to fight for the points to the overall classification for the last time. It's this stadium, where the medals for season 2016 will be given. Surely, there's a big hunger in Emil Sayfutdinov for the third championship in a row.
Municipal stadium, where the local team is having their meetings, is a part of the sport-recreational arena, situated on the suburbs. It's worth mentioning that season 2016 will be the first one since 10 years, when the local team will participate in the highest league class in Poland.
Meeting in Rybnik will be the cherry on top of Speedway Euro Championship series. Just to remind, inaugural round will be held in German Güstrow on July 16. Then, riders will move East - firstly, they will visit Daugavpils and then, 2 weeks later will go to Togliatti (placed around a thousand kilometres from Moscow).
Championship title is defended by Emil Sayfutdinov. Except Russian, spots are secured for Nicki Pedersen, Antonio Lindbaeck, Janusz Kołodziej and Euro Champ 2013 - Martin Vaculik.
