Third round of Speedway Euro Championship will be held on August 20, 2016 in Russian Togliatti. The city, located about 1000 kilometers from Moscow will be the SEC host for the third time. Below, we're giving you some interesting facts about the city, stadium etc.
- Stadium named after Anatolij Stepanov was awarded as the best speedway object in the world (2011),
- Emil Sayfutdinov, local hero, won the first SEC meeting in 2013. Fans at the full packed stadium sang the Russia national anthem, that made chills all around,
- Local team is the 12-time Russia Team Champions. What's interesting, between 2001 and 2008, they remained unbeaten,
- Artem Laguta is the track's record holder (August 2, 2012 - 62,40 s.),
- Up to 1964, city was called as Stavropol upon Volga. This name was changed in the honour of a great USSR friend, itialian marxist, Palmiro Togliatti,

- Distance between One Sport headquarters and the stadium in Togliatti is 2500 km.
- With the capacity of 0,72 mln people, Togliatti is a fair-sized city, but not the huge one. It's on 17th place in the Russian Federation.

- Volga, flowing across Togliatti is the biggest and the longest Europe's river (more than 3,5 thousand kilometres),
- Untill now, two rounds of SEC were held in Togliatti. In 2013, Emil Sayfutdinov took the win and one year later it was Nicki Pedersen, who stood at the highest step of the podium,
