Kjastas Puodzuks: "I’m very ambitious"

Only one Latvia national team member in the Speedway European Championships finals is Kjastas Puodzuks. “Kostia” qualified from the eliminations and Challenge in Zarnovica - he was in first nine of tournament who went straight to the SEC finals.

- After the qualifications I feel very good. I’m also very happy that I’ve managed to qualify to the Speedway European Championships finale - Latvian international adds. - For me this is really great thing. For sure it will be a big positive boost for my career in the future. I’m tryin’ not to think about the far future too much but I’m very demanding about myself and I’m patiently realizing my aims. Of course not every time everything is going well but I think positive - Kjastas Puodzuks said.

"Kostia" don’t want to say too much before the finale and He have a great respect for etery oponent in the SEC 2013 finals. - This will be a good school for me ‘cause the lineups are extremely strong. I respect every rider and I’m very satisfied that I am in the tournament. My aim is to be as good as possible of course in every round of the SEC finals. That is exactly what I wish for myself - he adds.

What expectations latvian Rider have before the first round in Gdansk on 27th of July? - As I mentioned before the lineups are very strong and every rider can be surprising. In Gdansk first of all I want to score as many points as I need to be in a good final position in the events. I really have many ambitions in me. When you are talkin’ about the riders like me who are knockin’ to the big speedway World for sure the first tournament will give us a big boost for the rivalisation in the competition with an extra adrenaline. I’m really happy that I have agreat occasion to fight with the best riders in the World. I will patiently learn new things and collect a new experiences and I will try more then one surprise in the competition - rider finishes.
