The third round of speedway Individual European Championship will be held in Kumla on the 15th of August. Apart from permanent participants of the series, Fredrik Lingren, who has received the wild card from the organizers, will also present himself at ICA Maxi Arena. We have already known the official starting list for Swedish event.
Number one was drawn by Polish representative, Przemysław Pawlicki. He will meet with Martin Vaculik, Grigory Laguta and Janusz Kołodziej in the first heat. The leader of the series, Emil Sayfutdinov will start with number 11 and he will present himself on the track for the first time in the third heat.
