Paweł Przedpełski, who was riding with the wild card, impressed speedway Europe by taking the second place during the inauguration of Speedway European Championships series. The local rider U21 admitted after the event that he did not expect such a good result, emphasizing that he is very happy.
"I'm extremely happy. Actually, I do not know how I did it. Together with the mechanics we did a great job today. Fighting in such events with such riders is really a great success. From the very beginning I believed in a good result because I had to and it worked . I took the second place, which tastes like the first one. You could say that I made myself an excellent birthday present because I have it in a couple of days. In the final heat I was strongly stick in the inside and I had to use a lot of strength to master the bike, but fortunately it worked and I took fantastic second place ".
In the current season, Przedpełski will take part in the finals of Individual World Championships U21 that will be held under the auspices of the company from Toruń, One Sport starting from next season.
"I would like to fight for a podium, but I know that all the riders will ride with the same attitude. In every meeting I will try to score as many points as possible and then everything will work out. "- ended Paweł Przedpełski.
