Despite the fact that in the tournaments of Individual European Championships will start only one permanent participant from Grand Prix, one can easily conclude that the fight will be incredibly interesting. After the final qualifier for SEC series in Toruń everything is already clear. We got to know the names of almost all the participants of this year's struggle for the triumph in Europe.
After moving SEC Challenge from Lendava to Toruń, many experts felt that the local track would be advantage for representative of KS Torun, Grigory Laguta. Meanwhile, his younger brother was an unbeatable and score a maximum, fifteen points.
- I'm very happy. Everything fit me today. Surface as has always been well prepared and I am glad that we could fight for qualification in normal, fair conditions. If the same track is during the first round of SEC in two weeks, I'm not worried about my result - said the winner of SEC Challege, Artem Laguta just after leaving the podium.
While the victory of younger Laguta could not be surprising, as the other two places on the podium went to riders who before the meeting weren’t pointed to do it. After the additional heat Hans Andersen took the second place and the third Tomasz Jedrzejak.
- It is good once again to be a participant of this wonderful project. I started in SEC in the first season of its existence and I can confidently say that this was one of the best periods in my career. It's a great competition, great organized, so I'm extremely happy to be back here after a year break. Last season was a disaster for me but now everything is back on the right track - said the bronze medalist of European Championships in 2004, Hans Andersen.
Apart from the aforementioned trio to Speedway European Championships series also qualified Piotr Protasiewicz, Vaclav Milik, Grigory Laguta and at the very last moment Przemysław Pawlicki. The latter wasn’t sure of his qualification until the last race, when he moved from the third place in front of Grigory Laguta and Piotr Protasiewicz. The rider from Leszno, despite a huge pain experienced after previous falls, was very happy and enjoyed the opportunity to ride in the European Championships.
Quite a surprise came from the aforementioned Czech, Vaclav Milik, who scored 10 points during the final of Challenge in Toruń. 21-year-old rider is the revelation of the season, shot in the jackpot when it comes to transfers in Polish league. The son of former great speedway rider Vaclav Milik senior, will now have the opportunity to present to thousands of fans at the stadiums and to millions of viewers in front of TVs via Eurosport.

The organizers have prepared very attractive ticket prices for June event. The cheapest tickets are possible to buy for 10 PLN! Additionally on the occasion of the end of school year it is possible to buy special “school ticket” for 2 PLN (available with a package with normal ticket) for green and yellow zone.

Normal ticket: 40 PLN
