On 23rd May in Eskilstuna there is the last tournament of Speedway Best Pairs Cup. Although Swedes have no chance to win the series, the manager Stefan Andersson says that the knowledge of the track can be a big advantage for his riders.

 - It’s not a new track for most of our rivals and many of them rode on this track in the past. However Andreas and “PK” have some more experience on it and maybe they will be able to find the best set ups earlier than others. – says Stefan Andresson.

Swedes in the previous rounds were fourth and fifth. For the great final Stefan Andersson has decided to call up 44 – year old Peter Karlsson, who is one of the most experienced riders.

– He knows this track really well and that can be his advantage to find the best set up. Apart from it he has had really good scores since the beginning of the season and I believe he will be really strong point of Swedish team during the tournament in Eskilstuna. His age is not a disadvantage and has no bad influence on his riding so I think that it was the right choice.

At this moment Andersson’s team has 5 point loss to the podium but they want to ride as good as possible in their country. The manager of Sweden promises great fight for the first three.

- Of course we want to win and that’s what we want to achieve! The podium is the minimum. If we don’t manage to win but we’ll be on the podium I think that we can be satisfied.
