Krzysztof Kasprzak, Antonio Lindbäck, and Adrian Miedziński have officially announced their retirements from speedway. The trio, long considered stalwarts of the Speedway Euro Championship, leaves behind impressive legacies.
Kasprzak made his SEC debut in 2013, entering the third round of the series in Gorican as a wild card. In a memorable performance, 'KK' stunned the competition by taking the victory. His most successful campaign came in 2016 when he secured the bronze medal in the championship. Over the years, the former Speedway Grand Prix runner-up participated in 22 SEC rounds, scoring a total of 141 points.
Antonio Lindbäck, known as 'Toninho' competed in 20 SEC rounds, collecting a bronze medal in 2015. The Swedish rider recorded 34 heat victories across 104 races. His last appearance in the series came in 2023, where he finished ninth overall in the final standings.
Adrian Miedziński joined the series as a full-time competitor in 2014, finishing the season in 11th place. Five years later, in 2019, he returned to the SEC stage as a wild card in the second round held in Toruń, where he delivered a commendable fifth-place performance.
