Milik withdraws from the third round of TAURON SEC

Due to injury, Vaclav Milik will not participate in the third round of the TAURON Speedway Euro Championship 2024, which will take place in Güstrow. Jacob Thorssell will take his place.

The 2016 Speedway Euro Championship silver medalist is recovering from a serious crash during a Metalkas 2. Ekstraliga match in Krosno. Jacob Thorssell will replace him, having previously competed in five rounds of the Individual European Championships, where he scored 39 points across 27 heats. Thorssell, the first reserve for the 2024 TAURON SEC, has already had a chance to race in this year’s series. He replaced Dimitri Berge in the opening round and finished in third place.
