13 round of swedish Elitserien just behind us. We have had plenty of surprises and unexpected results last Tuesday. None of all four meetings wasn't cancelled and in everyone home team was always the winner. But sometimes win wasn't so clear just before the end of the fixture.
Vargarna Norrkoeping - Indianerna Kumla 52:38
Nicki Pedersen as usual leads Vargarna to win over Indianerna. SEC finals competitor scored 11 points from five races. Good support in this match from pontus Aspgren. Key to the win was equal disposition of whole home team speedway riders. Winner from Terenzano Niels Kristian Iversen was the rider of the night for squad from Kumla. Danish dynamite collected sixteen. Disaster for Rune Holta who had only one from two rides.
Hammarby Sztokholm - Piraterna Motala 46:44
Kenneth Bjerre was the leader for Hammarby unexpected home win over team from Motala. Paid 11 from five for Bjerre was like a bog boost for the rest of the riders. SEC Togliatti Wild Card holder Artiom Laguta scored nine from four rides. He won three heats on Stockholm track. From the other side poor performance for Pirates from Piotr Pawlicki and Linus Sundstroem who both score only four. Only Matej Zagar (12 points ) tried to stop the home riders.
Dackarna Malilla - Elit Vetlanda 48:42
Very interesting meeting in Malilla where finally home team won by six points over Vetlanda riders. Quite good performance for Fredrik Lindgren who will try do better meeting in Togliatti than in Gdansk where he were for the first time on the bike after injury. Jaroslaw Hampel was brilliant for Elit with paid fourteen score. Very disappointing fixture for Mikkel Bech Jensen.
Smederna Eskilstuna - Vastervik Speedway 59:31
Andreas Jonsson come back was the main subject of this fixture in Esklilstuna. We can't see any sign of injury after that kind of performance for AJ who collected paid eleven from five against Vastervik. Grigorij Laguta who wants to be SEC Togliatti final winner were also brilliant wih paid twelve result. Unlucky racin' for another Speedway European Championships competitor Hans Andersen. "Ugly duck" scored only paid eight from six rides. Just Troy Batchelor was better for Vastervik with 11 pomits score.
