The great final of the Speedway Euro Championship will be held on September 17. It will be hosted by Rybnik, where the riders of SEC will meet for the very first time.
It is predicted that this final clash will be watched by 10.000 fans at the Municipal Stadium in Rybnik (max capacity). Definitely it will be worth visiting this stadium, because fight for the European Champion title has been probably the most passionate ever.
Leader of the genera classification so far is Antonio Lindbaeck, however his advantage over the biggest rivals is three points top. There are 5 riders in the strict top fighting for gold (Lindbaeck, Grigorij Laguta, Vaclav Milik, Przemysław Pawlicki and Leon Madsen).
Nevertheless, others' chances cannot be crossed. They are fighting for securing the spot in the next year's cycle and for the medal positions as well. In this group we've got Martin Vaculik, Hans Andersen, Krzysztof Kasprzak and last year's medalists: Nicki Pedersen and Emil Sayfutdinov.
Surely, Kacper Woryna - the wild card holder for Rybnik will join this battle for points.
Grandson of Antoni Woryna, first Pole, who reached for the the individual world championship medal, has been doing great at his home track. Looking at the stats of the world's best league - Polish PGE Ekstraliga - Woryna presents the 5th best average among the juniors. His biggest success is reaching the European junior vice-championship in 2014.
