Emil Sayfutdinov is a real golden boy. In 2015 he reached three most precious medals. What's more, it was his second time in a row to taste the glory of being the European Champion. Can anyone challenge him now?
His first gold came in 2005, when Emil became the Junior Individual Champion of Russia and that was just the beginning.In 2007 & 2008, he was titled as the best junior rider of the globe, reaching the trophy in Ostrów Wielkopolski. After 7 years, history came full circle and Emil Sayfutdinov took there his 2nd SEC gold.
Earlier, along with his Elit Vetlanda team, Emil won the Elitserien and individually became the league's most effective rider averaging 2,569/heat.
Few days ago, another chance to raise his hands in triumph came. His Polish team – FOGO Unia Leszno defeated Betard Sparta Wrocław in the 2-leg final clash and ultimately grabbed the 14th title of Polish Champions. For Emil though, it was his first golden medal in the league, so it brought him a lot of joy.
Despite his rich career (in such young age), Russian states it clearly that he's still hungry for more trophies. That can surely put him in the history books and that's exactly what we've been witnessing.
