On July 11th the second round of Speedway European Championships will be held. A local rider, Martin Smolinski counts on clearly better result on the track in Bavaria than he had in Torun. “Smoli” totally let down at MotoArena but on his home track the result should be clearly better.
After the first event German had a lot of complaints about the work of his engines. He complained especially on the engine speed at the wrong time. Then, when a rider adds power, motorcycle reacts with a delay, and thus loses much distance to the best. Therefore, on his official profile on one of the social network he has placed a special statement.
"(...) There is a basic engine problem that needs to get adequate power. Without a dynamic and fast supply of electricity, it is not possible to build confidence for me as a speedway rider and choose the best possible line on tracks. In close cooperation with Tornado Racing and Jawa, we have to correct all deficiencies. Our power lies in peace and only it will save us (...). "
Will Bavarian, Martin Smolinski break his powerlessness at One Solar Arena in Landshut? We'll find out about it on the 11th of July. Last year during Speedway Best Pairs Cup event he won 18 points and was one of the best riders of the tournament. The fans in Germany count on a repeat.
