- We all count on a great show and full stadium – emphasized all participants of Tuesday’s press conference which took place in municipality in Ostrów. During the conference there was a presentation of city of Ostrów as host of the “Great Final” of Speedway European Championships 2015!
On Tuesday at 1 p. m. in press room of municipality in Ostrów the agreement concerning promotion of the city through SEC final was sign with the attendance of president, Mrs. Beata Klimek. The organizers presented also the prices of the tickets for the final event which is supposed to be the essence of the whole series.
The 19th of September is the day for which all fans of speedway in Ostrów, and in the whole Poland, are waiting. It’s in the city on the Obłok we will know a name of a rider who will win the gold medal of European Championship in 2015.
- Last season was very interesting. We could see great heats and fight for European Champion title until the very end. Through the hard working during the winter we’ve wanted to prove that year after year it can be better and more interesting. This year we’ll finish the struggle in Speedway European Championships in Ostrów because in the past few season a lot of great speedway events were organized here which resulted with organizational success. We hope that on the 19th September we will finish the season of SEC in front of full stadium and we’ll say that this was tournament on the highest world level . – began the president of One Sport, Karol Lejman.
- I guess it’s the first conference in the history of our city in which so many journalists are taking part. We will be witnesses of a great event because in September in Ostrów there will be the biggest speedway event which has taken place in our city so far. It’s also a big deal as far as promotion is concerned because our region will be present in over 70 countries of the whole world thanks to Eurosport. I hope that through the promotion we will encourage people to visit Ostrów. – said the president of Ostrów, Beata Klimek.
During the conference we also knew the prices of the tickets which will be valid for the “Great Final” of Speedway European Championships 2015. For the whole time of sale there will be possibility to buy tickets from 35 PLN!
We have to have dreams in our lives and make those dreams come through. I’ve always wanted to have a big event in Ostrów. I am also happy that European Championship is organized by Polish company. As far as sports aspect is concerned we will have the opportunity to admire the greatest speedway riders. Our audience has never left us even in those hardest moments and that’s why I am convinced that there will be full stadium in September and we will be witnesses of great emotions. – added the president of ŻKS Ostrovia Ostrów, Mirosław Wodniczak.
This year SEC hosts in three countries. After the inauguration in Toruń, we move to German Landshut and we finish the series in Ostrów. In a next few weeks the localization of the third round of Speedway European Championships will be revealed.
The tickets are available on eBilet.pl and in Empik stores in the whole Poland. Sale of the tickets in the club will start on Wednesday 18th February 2015.
