Tomasz Gollob is a big fan of new formula of the Individual European Championships. "Skinny" appreciates big opportunities and potential of the tournaments, which will be organized under SEC name (Speedway European Championships).
- I'm very pleased with Speedway European Championships organization and ideas of the One Sport Company bosses. We need that kind of activity. Speedway needs it to go to the new supporters from all over the world. We have Eurosport television channel and we want to achieve new stadiums and venues for speedway sport. On one of them we are here now. Believe me if we will give the best product to the fans an we will present it on a stadium like this one in Gdansk, then we can expect massive audience - said excited Gollob on press conference on PGE Arena.
- People are waitin' for emotions and I will do my best, till I am racin', to guarantee them that - provides Gollob. - I like very much Wybrzeże speedway stadium where I used to race, but on the PGE Arena I am for the first time in my life and I can say even now, if we will have here perfect one day track so close to the audience, it will give big boost for the people - complements the vision of speedway tournament organization on a stadium, where football team Lechia Gdańsk plays matches.
- For so many years I'm racin' in GP series and so many things I don't like there. Here is the opportunity for SEC as a high quality and reasonable product. Because we can admit that too many rounds can be boring for fans who desires event like this to be unique. I can assure you that for SEC events people will wait very unpatiently. That is the main aim of this project and I am familiar with this - ends pleased Gollob.
