Inauguration speedway international competitions in the new season will take place on March 28 in Motoarena, Torun. On this day, the best riders of Polish, Australia, Denmark, Sweden, Russia, Germany and Latvia will begin competition in the cycle Speedway Best Pairs Cup. Tickets for this event are available for sale-what is important, the fans still have only 10 days to purchase tickets at a special price.
- Over the years the speedway championship event pairs were hidden, forgotten. Now this event was revived, which is very important, good and valuable. We as speedway riders look at this project very positively, because we can not only compete in several rounds of the Grand Prix, which is not necessarily developing. I am very glad that I can still compete in similar tournaments, yet I could win the title of European champion individual or in Speedway Best Pairs Cup. I will do everything that the result was the best - he said during organized press conference in Torun, Tomasz Gollob.
Torun is a very important city in the speedway environment. The most modern stadium allows staging of the competition, despite the rain. Last year MotoArena participants already hosted Europort Speedway Best Pairs and then after a thrilling battle won hosts.
