Collision of dates of SEC Challenge and qualifications to Individual Speedway Junior World Championship made Dominik Kubera resign from his performance in Nagyhalasz. He will be replaced by Martin Smolinski.

Dominik Kubera was third in the qualifying round to SEC 2019, which was taken in Gorican. Because of Pole's decision, Martin Smolinski (first in the waiting line) is the one who will step up as his replacement.

German rider has raced for three seasons in the Individual Speedway European Championship. 2017 was his top season, when he ended as 11th overall. So far, Smolinski has started in 55 SEC heats, gathering 50 points.
