First round of this year's TAURON Speedway Euro Championship is getting closer and closer. European top riders will check in at Gniezno's stadium on June 23rd, 6.30 PM CET. Name of the wild card's holder for this meeting has just been revealed.
Adrian Gała is currently one of the best riders in Nice 1. Liga Żużlowa and has been a real leader of his team - Car Gwarant Start Gniezno. Rider, born in Gniezno, has been presenting really efficient and spectacular racing, which convinced the organizers to reward him with the Wild Card for the first round of TAURON SEC.
- Wild Card is a huge honor for me. I keep working hard, day by day, to reach a permanent spot in the future - Gała said.
Information about handing Gała the wild card is definitely a great news for fans in Gniezno. Local fans will be able to watch their rider, competing with Europe's top.
- I take it as a challenge. Right now, I'm in a good disposition and I have bikes that I'm happy with. I'm really glad to be able to compare my skills with the European top riders.
