The fourth round of Swedish Eliserien ended with full set of hosts’ victories. Teams from Ekilstuna and Motala won full set of points for the first time this season. Current vice – champ of the world, who didn’t score any points in four starts, had a terrible match. Grigorij Laguta, Peter Kildemand and Martin Vaculik can boast with really great match. The match in Motala was stopped after 14 heats because of difficult weather conditions.
After really interesting round in Güstrow the riders moved to the East to fight for another points to general classification. This time the place of the struggle was the stadium named Anatolij Stiepanow in Togliatti.

The fifth round of PGE Ekstraliga brought really interesting matches. The derby meeting of Lubuskie region ended with the victory of Falubaz Zielona Góra. Krzysztof Kasprzak and Matej Zagar, who had been suspended earlier, started eventually in the team from Gorzów. In the second most interesting meeting Fogo Unia Leszno lost on their home track with KS Toruń 44:46. Jason Doyle ensured the victory for the club from Toruń in the last heat. Teams from Grudziądz and Wrocław won in the other two matches.

On Tuesday in Sweden riders fighting for Elitserien championship presented to fans. Lejonen Gislaved lost on their home track with Dackarna Malilla 44:46 and the man of the match was representative of hosts Nicki Pedersen. “Power” didn’t fight any rider who would beat him and score a maximum. In the second match Indianerna Kumla met with Piraterna Motala. The team of hosts was led to the victory by Piotr Protasiewicz who scored 12 points and a bonus. He was supported by Niels Kristian Iversen, Antonio Lindbaeck and Rory Schlein. In the visiting team there was not a leader and Piotr Pawlicki scored most points (9). The match between Rosspigarna Hallstavik and Smederna Eskilstuna was cancelled because of the rain.
Last Sunday in Daugavpils and Lamothe – Landerron two last qualifying rounds, from which riders qualified for SEC Challenge, took place. Last obstacle before the qualifications for Speedway European Championships series is in Slovenian Lendava, on the 30th May.
The last qualifying round for SEC Challenge in French Lamothe – Landerron ended with the victory of Artem Laguta. Russian beat Jesper Monberg, who stood at the second step of the podium, in additional heat. Swede, Linus Sundstroem took the third place.
