On Sunday the 11th round of Polish PGE Ekstraliga was held. The most controversial was the match in Rzeszow where the local team PGE Stal beat KS Torun 49:40. On Tuesday evening two matches of Swedish Elitserien were planned. However the weather wasn’t nice for fans and riders in Hallstavik where local Rosspiggarna hosted Ikaros Smederna Eskilstuna. On August 15th in Swedish Kumla the third round of Speedway European Championships will be held. Fredrik Lindgren has received the wild card for this event. Joel Andersson and Fredrik Engman will be reserves.
