Accreditation form should be sent to one week before the tournament. Forms sent after this time can be not included.

Only form filled right way will be taken by the press office. Forms filled not correctly will not be taken into consideration.

Forms can be filled only by adults.

Press office can refuse giving an accreditation without giving any reason.

Accepting the accreditation application involves consenting to the processing of personal data by One Sport Sp. Z o.o.
